Matthew 6:15 When Peter asked Jesus how many times we should forgive someone Jesus responded 490 times a day or in other words as many times as it takes. This is not to let the other person off-the-hook but to free yourself from bitterness and anger that can only hurt you. To choose to forget that someone has wronged you doesn?t mean that it is wiped from your memory but simply that you don?t allow it to have control over you. This teaching will help you learn to forgive and choose to forget so you can be free to enjoy life as God intended.
