Interpretation by Pastor Nora King:
The Spirit of the Lord speaks to say that we are in perilous times. These are dangerous and stressful times that are upon the earth. But also I would say that this is the time for the outpouring of my Spirit to come upon all men. It is a time when I will begin to stir in the hearts and the minds of my people. And those that are weary lift up your head and look up because your redemption draws nigh. And the weariness that is upon you I tell you to shake it off, I tell you to raise up your hands, and to strengthen your knees and begin to worship me and praise me and look to me for your deliverance says the Lord. For there is a wearing down upon my people. It is the end times and the wearing down comes on every side—to the front, to the back and to the side. But I tell you in these times that I shall come upon my people and they shall arise and shine. And they shall penetrate the darkness and they shall stand up and they shall give voice to my glorious gospel. For I tell you in my gospel is the power, says God. There is a power to change lives, there is a power to change circumstances as my gospel is preached. It is not going to be the politics that will change the day; it shall be my gospel that changes the day.

And I would further say unto you that it is a time to not look to the left or to the right. It is a time to not be bound with the attentions, the affairs of this world. I know what things you have need of, I have told you that in my word. But it is a time to be bound in the spirit for the things of the spirit and the things of the kingdom and the things that would make life better, life more reliable, and life more predictable. And those things are found on the rock of my word. As you spend time with me and in my word and in the spirit, life will get sweeter. Things will get better. The things that would worry and beset shall be brought to naught. So get not caught up in nor be preoccupied with all the news and all the things the world has. I don’t mean to not know it. I simply mean for you not to be controlled by it. Look to me. Look to me, sayeth the Lord. Look to my word. Spend time with me and joy shall be forthcoming and weariness shall be put to the side. And strength shall come where weakness existed. Look to me, sayeth the Lord. And you will overcome and all the things that life can do.

For I am coming with a prophetic mantle upon this church in a stronger way. A prophetic anointing not just from the pulpit but from the pew, from the music, in the children’s ministry, in the youth’s ministry, in the classes that shall take place. There is a stronger prophetic anointing being put on this house. I don’t mean more people will simply prophesy. I mean there will be more impact in the prophetic mantle in the spirit in what goes on in this house. And the music shall be prophetic in its anointing; it shall be prophetic in its assault on darkness. There is a change shifting. There’s a change at work. So watch it, embrace it, be aware of it and it will bring great joy and deliverance to you, sayeth the Lord.
