II Corinthians 2:10 - If you forgive anyone I also forgive him. And what I have forgiven?if there was anything to forgive?I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake. ? You can forgive in Christ. (The longer roots of bitterness are left the harder they will be to up-root) II Corinthians 2:11 - In order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes. ? The devil has ____ (mischievous counsel) these we can be aware of. Unforgiveness-hazardous to physical and spiritual health. Colossians 3:8 - But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger rage malice slander and filthy language from your lips. ? Anger can be an expression of unforgiveness. Colossians 3:13 - Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. Ephesians 4:29-32 - Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Get rid of all bitterness rage and anger brawling and slander along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you. ? Judge things before they came out. God wants us to minister Grace Favor and Peace. ? Corrupt communication grieves the Holy Ghost ? Jesus Christ forgave us so we should forgive others. I Samuel 43:25 - I even I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake and remembers your sins no more. ? God forgets sins so we should too. ? Love isn?t humiliating I Corinthians 13:5 - it is not rude it is not self-seeking it is not easily angered it keeps no record of wrongs. ? Make forgiveness a lifestyle.
