Be an encourager everyday urge forward in God in the Word walk with the Lord daily. Make your life count. ? Find the good in the present no matter what is going on around you. ? Pursue excellence not perfection. ? Encourage people in the areas they are good at but avoid false flattery. ? Be a person that can say thank you. ? Give complimentary praise and brag on them. ? Make people feel needed. ? Include people on purpose.
