Not just anyone gets to sits near the President the Prime Minister or even the Mayor. But Jesus gives you placement at His side. You may have feelings of unworthiness because you are carrying shame and rejection and you expect Him to reject you too. Can you imagine Him pulling out a chair for you and saying ?I saved you a seat?? In this series Pastor Nora will teach you how to overcome your fear and feelings of inferiority and show you how you can take your position at His table and reign with Him using the authority He has given you. Ephesians 2:6 AMP For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realm because we are united with Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:6 NLT We have been resurrected. We are not dead in sin any longer. We?ve been raised with Jesus and have a seat with Him. We are seated with the Lord. There is a seating arrangement around dignitaries. Not just anyone gets to sit next to the president. ? God the Father thinks so much of you that He gave you a special seat right next to Him. ? In the heavenly realm you are there for plan and a purpose. You have a purpose in this life even though you may not have stepped up and taken your rightful place. ? We are not sworn in by taking an oath like a politician is sworn into office. We are born into the family of God. We have a right to be there not because of who we are but because of who Jesus is. And you will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free. John 8:32 ? The devil tries to cloud and cloak what the Lord has for us. ? You can be blinded if you want to be. You have to study the Word and see what it says about you. ? The things that can unseat you are resentment inferiority doubt rejection as well as other things. Inferiority makes us feel bad about ourselves and tells us that we have a lower position in life. Our positions in the Lord are all the same. He is no respecter of persons. Our jobs in the Lord may be different but our positions are the same. We have to see ourselves as He sees us. All of our flaws are covered. o Confess your sins - I John 1:9 o Ask forgiveness for your sins - Mark 2:10 o Deal with your sins. John 5:14 o If you don?t deal with what the Lord reveals to you you will be exposed. _ I Corinthians 4:5 Matthew 10:26 Mark 4:22 _ Reveal _ to lay bare uncover make visible make known what has been hidden or unknown make clear Gideon is an example of inferiority. His name means ?muscle man? but he called himself the least. ? Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations and with thee will I destroy kingdoms. Jeremiah 51:20 ? David went to Lodebar (nowhere) to take Mephibosheth (shame) to live with him in the king?s house and sit at the king?s table and dress him in king?s clothes. David treated Mephibosheth as his own family. II Samuel 9 Jesus found us at nowhere and brought us to His table to live with Him in His family. All He has He has given to us. Will you accept it?
