The role of a pastor is to set things in order. I Peter5: Ways to Appreciate Your Pastor 1. Pray for your pastor (family protection strength courage anointing) 2. Believe in them (critics are not what the pastor needs) 3. Remember their humanity (they are people) 4. Be a leadable teachable sheep (Heb 13:17) 5. Be a support to the direction of the church 6. Never be a part of division 7. Pull people in don't push them out. 8. Be supportive in times of change 9. Remember the more mature you get the less care you should require. 10. You have to financially support your pastor.
